Due to an increased demand of engraved front panels we are not able to accept any new orders until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we currently don't have the capacity for any new orders.

Apart from our products, we can also provide engraved front panels through the used of our CNC-machine. Although the CNC-machine is mainly used for engraving front panels it can also be used for prototyping purposes to manufacture various mechanical components in small batches. Please see the right side of this page for some samles of our work.

Our CNC-machine is capable of handling panels with a maximum size of 600 x 800 mm. However we normally don't manufacture larger panels than 483 x 133 mm (19" / 3U)  due to problems of  attaching them to the milling table of the machine.

Below are some technical limitations to consider when ordering panels from us:

• Minimum diameter of engraving tool: 0.4 mm
• Maximum diameter of milling tool: 6 mm
• Supported dimensions of engraving tools: 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 1.0 mm
• Supported dimensions of milling tools: 1.0 mm, 2.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm
• Maximum depth of holes: 8 mm
• Minimum corner radius for rectangluar holes: 0.5 mm

The price depends on the size of the panel and the amount of milling/engraving work. Please contact us for a quote.
